Keith started with MIG in 1992 as a fiberglass installation technician, a role he held for 11 years. He now serves as one of the key managers of the production department, bringing his knowledge and experience to a multitude of responsibilities, including job scheduling, quality assurance, and crew management. Keith is a huge fan of the Buffalo Bills football team, and he loves to spend time with his dogs and girlfriend, especially camping on the weekends.

Lucio started with MIG in 1999 as a fiberglass installation technician, a role he held across different branches and states for 20 years. This deep experience gave him the knowledge to train and develop new technicians in the many different ways to install building materials. Outside of work, Lucio enjoys spending time with his family and rooting for the Buffalo Bills.

Having worked at MIG since 1997, today Wade is the Spray Foam division foreman. In this role, he manages all aspects of this important division for the Rochester, Buffalo, and Syracuse branches. It is a highly specialized product line requiring tremendous attention to detail – exactly the type of care Wade brings to the position each and every day. Prior to working at MIG, Wade worked in forestry, cutting trees and then as a forklift operator. When he’s not on the job, Wade enjoys spending time outdoors doing a variety of activities, including hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling, and snowmobiling.

John is a sales account manager and Owens Corning Certified Energy Expert. he has been an installation technician and sales representative for MIG for the past 37 years. He loves showing customers all the ways they can improve the comfort of their homes while educating them on the savings they can achieve. Prior to working for MIG, John spent six years in the United States Army. He then went on to work for four years as a part owner of his own insulation company. John has a great love for the outdoors, whether it’s camping, hunting, or fishing. He also loves to attend all kinds of sporting events.

Cindy is responsible for the billing, credit, and collections on consumers and commercial accounts for the Rochester and Syracuse branches, as well as managing payroll. She also oversees collections for Albany and Buffalo. Prior to working with MIG, Cindy had a 22-year career at Taylor Instruments and ABB, handling logistics and helping key accounts keep their process control systems operating at peak efficiency through service, parts, and repairs. During the summer months, Cindy enjoys boating on Lake Ontario with her friends and family. She also enjoys walking her two dogs Rocco and Vinnie. Over the years she has owned many horses that she showed and is sharing that experience with her granddaughter.

Ed is a longstanding MIG employee, having started with the company in 2001. Over his years as a professional installation technician, he gained exceptional knowledge of our products and materials, ranging from custom shower enclosures, wire shelving, laminate closet systems, and more. Today, Ed takes great pride in managing the laminate closet shelving division, and works hard to ensure every customer is completely satisfied. Ed has been married to his best friend Charlotte for 27 years. They are blessed with their four grown children and four grandchildren. His family enjoys football Sundays, cookouts, and gatherings with plenty of laughter.

With MIG since 2011, Stefanie is our lead master suite design consultant. In this role, she handles designs and estimates for MIG’s custom closets, framed and frameless heavy glass shower enclosures. She works closely with clients to come up with the ideal solution for their unique needs, and then develops a virtual reality image of the design to give customers a clear view of the planned improvement. Stefanie went to school for broadcasting and journalism from Medaille College. Prior to joining MIG, she worked at a local branding and marketing firm. Her two children and husband keep her very busy. They enjoy camping, hiking, beach days, and getting together with family and friends.

Tim is the team leader for MIG’s consumer sales division, responsible for homeowner associations, multi-family properties, and light commercial properties looking to improve their insulation and gutter needs. With his BPI background and construction acumen, Tim expertly inspects homes and provides the best solution for each individual property and homeowner. After graduating from Nazareth College in 1998, and working with building codes and document management systems, Tim joined MIG in 2005 as an energy auditor and inspector. Tim lives in Fairport, NY with his wife, Sara, and two daughters, Morgan and Brady. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and woodworking.

Starting on a gutter truck in 2003 at the age of 25, Andy has worked his way up to a key role in the heavy glass shower enclosures division – a position he’s held for the past 10 years. He is involved in all steps of this complicated process, from remeasure and ordering to scheduling and installation. Prior to working at MIG, Andy was an apprentice at a blacksmith shop. In his free time, he loves to care for his five dogs and four cats. He has an affinity for animals, especially rescue dogs. He also loves spending time in the outdoors fishing, camping, and when the weather is nice, scuba diving.

Peter was hired in 1977 by MIG founder David Williamson. Fresh out of school, he started out sweeping the warehouse floor. Today Peter is a sales account manager, a position he has held for 35 years. Homeowners and builders alike rely on Peter’s experience and expertise to design and deliver solutions across all of MIG’s product line. Peter graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology. In Peter’s free time, he loves to downhill ski, golf, hunt, and travel. He also loves spending time with his family.

After starting at the ground level over 26 years ago, Rich has been a sales account manager for his past 14 years at MIG. He brings a deep product knowledge to all of his customers’ projects, ensuring quality installations and results. Rich is a United State Air Force Veteran with a background in building science. In his free time he loves to spend time with his family at their summer camp. He also enjoys going on long multi-state motorcycle rides.

Jan was hired by the company’s founder, David Williamson, and has been with MIG for over 40 years. Currently he serves as company fleet manager and employee safety manager. Jan also oversees the company’s credit card program. Prior to joining MIG, Jan received his bachelor’s degree from CCFL, framed houses, and did roofing. Jan has a great love for both football and his grandchildren.
